David Himmelstein, M.D. Associate Professor of Medicine, Harward Medical School. He pretty much summarizes the entire health care system in a 40 minute speech. It is getting harder and harder to impress me, but his speech is mind-shattering as far as how much stuff he was able to cover in such a small amount of time.
